How do I submit a return?

  • Visit our returns portal 
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

Please note due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returns will automatically receive a store credit to purchase their new size/style or colour 


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition with tags and sanitary seals in place
  • They must unwashed and unworn, with no makeup, tan or stains visible
  • In the original packaging

We accept returns for all full priced items to store credit only

If your item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement, if the item is no longer available a full refund will be issued. In this case please contact our customer service team at 



Refunds will only be applicable if the item is deemed faulty or defected. 


Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit. Any items purchased during a sale or discount period are deemed as Sale Items


* If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
