Shopping Information

Which Items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition with tags and sanitary seals in place
  • They must unwashed and unworn, with no makeup, tan or stains visible.
  • In the original packaging
We accept returns for all full priced items to store credit only

If your item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement. If the item is no longer available a full refund will be issued. In this case please contact our customer service team at info@midnightco.com.au

We offer free shipping on all Australian orders Via Australia Post, with an option for $7.50 express

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship worldwide using DHL Express and Australia Post Express for all orders outside of Australia and New Zealand.

All shipping options are available at checkout.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Alternative payment methods inlcude: Paypal & Afterpay (available for Au and NZ customers only)

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Orders & Returns

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

All orders processed before 12:00pm AEST will be shipped same day. Due to the fast turnaround time we may not be able to make any changes to your order. Please email info@midnightco.com.au to see if we are able to help.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. Accounts are completely optional. However creating an account helps with future communication for order updates, tracking and returns. If you choose to create an account when purchasing you will also have the option to subscribe to our newsletter where you will receive all the latest news and offerings to our VIP subscribers.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been despatched with a link to your tracking. If you did not receive this, please contact our customer service team to follow this up for you.
