What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition with tags and sanitary seals in place
- They must unwashed and unworn, with no makeup, tan or stains visible
- In the original packaging
We accept returns for all full priced items to store credit only
If your item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement. If the item is no longer available a full refund will be issued. In this case please contact our customer service team at email@example.com
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
Please note due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returns will automatically receive a store credit to purchase their new size/style or colour
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
How soon will I get my store credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- If you are approved, a credit will automatically be sent to your email address.
Please note there is no expiry on store credits and they may be used for any future purchases.
